Yes! All SWAYM incense and ritual products are 100% natural, charcoal-free, chemical-free, and crafted with pure botanical flowers, natural gums, and essential oils.

Simply browse our collection of sacred wellness products, add your chosen items to your bag, and complete the checkout process with your shipping and payment details.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options across India including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Mobile Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
5. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard Pan-India delivery generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver throughout India. We are working on launching international shipping very soon to bring SWAYM worldwide!
7. How can I track my order?
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS and Email to monitor your shipment in real time.
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a replacement or store refund for any item that arrives damaged or defective. Please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery.
9. My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
